Where is my data stored?

On your device, in the app's local storage. Cadence never uploads your sessions, timings, or photos to any server of ours — your training is as private as the photos on your phone.

How do I log a workout?

Tap the big button on the Today screen to log your daily reps in one tap. If you want to time your sets, tap Timed session instead — Cadence records each set’s work time and the rest between sets automatically.

What is "Your rhythm"?

A timeline where each bar is a day and taller means more reps, with a line marking your daily goal. It shows your consistency over time at a glance — the app is built around showing up, not one big session.

What are the Cadence insights?

Because Cadence captures your work and rest timing, it can surface things a checkbox cannot: whether your rest between sets is creeping up (a sign of fatigue), your personal records and goal hit-rate, when you train best, and your pace toward your next milestone.

What's free, and what's Pro?

Logging, streaks, your daily goal, and the rhythm timeline are free forever. Cadence Pro — a one-time purchase, not a subscription — unlocks the cadence and fatigue insights, personal records and projections, progress videos, and your complete history.

I made a mistake — can I fix or delete a log?

Yes. Tap any session (on Today or History) to edit its reps, work, and rest, or delete it. You can also flag an off day as an outlier so it stays in your history but never skews your insights.

Do you back up to iCloud?

Not in this version. Cadence is offline-first and keeps everything on your device, so your training is fully private.
