Atelier
Privacy Policy
Effective June 15, 2026 (v1.0)
Privacy first: Atelier is designed so that we never see your data. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, and no ads. Every photo and catalog entry stays on your device.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Personal information
We collect no personal information. Atelier requires no account, email, or identifier of any kind. You can use the app completely anonymously.
1.2 Artwork and catalog data
Everything you enter is stored locally on your device: the photos you capture, and the catalog details you add — title, dimensions, medium, year, series, price, status, notes, and the color palette extracted from each image. This data never leaves your device except through the export and share features you choose to use.
1.3 Analytics
We collect no analytics or usage data. Atelier contains no third-party analytics SDKs, tracking, or telemetry — and no advertising.
2. Camera and photos
Atelier asks for camera permission so you can photograph your artwork. Captured images are written to the app's local storage on your device. If you choose to save a capture to your photo library, Atelier asks for that permission separately. Images are never uploaded to us.
3. Export
When you export images or a CSV inventory, Atelier writes the files locally and hands them to the standard iOS share sheet, where you choose the destination. Atelier does not transmit anything on its own.
4. Purchases
Atelier Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The purchase is validated on-device using Apple's StoreKit — there is no third-party purchase server, and we never see your name, email, or payment details.
5. Children's privacy
Atelier is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
6. Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before the change ships.
